This 1930's 1,040sf home was totally rebuilt in less than 45 days! When we started it was a poorly designed 3 bedroom 1 bath house that could have easily been demolished. When we were finished it was a tidy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that will work efficiently as a starter home for a young family or a delightful retirement retreat.
